What does a purchase include?

$19.99 USD once. Permanent access to the Mac and Windows downloads of Aloud, with all future updates included. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

How many computers can I use?

One person may activate up to three of their own compatible computers, shared across Mac and Windows. Activations stay assigned to those computers and cannot be transferred.

Which version should I choose?

macOS 15 or later on Apple Silicon.

Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11, 64-bit, with an NVIDIA Turing or newer GPU, at least 4 GB of GPU memory, and driver 572.61 or later supporting your GPU. CUDA libraries are included; a separate CUDA Toolkit installation is unnecessary.

Windows installation needs at least 12 GB free disk space. Saved narration uses additional disk space on both platforms.

How do I install and activate?

Download the version for your computer from your purchase receipt. On Mac, move the app to Applications. On Windows, run the installer. Open Aloud and enter your purchase license key.

Purchase, download and activation require internet access. Document processing and narration run on your computer.

Can I get a refund?

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is required. Email support@privatepeople.dev and include your order number. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
